Sad to hear your loss fall_ark! :(

Nagyon köszönöm Tinker, kedves tőled! :)
Wish I could thank you in your mother tongue.

I'm surprised how many of you were brave to take the Codex, that's something I wouldn't put on Rogue without prepped EM.
This time I prepped no god, there are too many manaburn plants around and I like to have the freedom of slaying anything.
TT is nice, but it happens frequently he shows up anyway so I gambled with choosing something else. And he did, very close to the entrance as well, but JJ was even closer so I made a healthmonster again :P

Lemmisi didn't want to reveal Burdayraz, but I can thank it the very early JJ + Bysseps + Pissorf find which is even better. It was nice to have the spider amulet and Viper Ward nearby, but JJ solved my health issues and I needed inventory space for better stuff. Like the Vampiric Dagger that combos greatly with DS.

It was fun to run around with all that stuff and 4 health boosts, if I weren't close to dinging I could have slayed my boss at lvl6 just by lifestealing popcorn.

Only after the cleanup did I find Burndayraz, I had something like ~6 black tiles left. So lucky I didn't need it.
Somebody spilled raspberry juice all over the place!

I just took at the daily board, and if preps show correctly, almost everyone insta-picked the Badge of Honor for the fourth prep slot... Dailies kind of boil down to misclick protection, I guess, and the Badge is the #1 generic source of that. Though I must say, Cracked Soul Orb kind of beats it as misclick protection, with 50 extra cp to boot :)

I'm also a fan of the Cracked Soul Orb, it's got great CP and I occasionally prep it when I don't want to overprep for a run item wise ^^ You might be surprised to hear that I've had more missclicks deaths with Warlords and DP guys in general than any other strat and that I don't consider DP's good "missclick protection" at all. In fact, for a very long time I avoided Warlords completely because it was way too easy for me to die to missclicks with them. In fact - a lot of built in actual misclick protection the game has has been implemented after a lot of complaining about missclicks, and plenty of it came from me, specifically because DP's were a complete deathtrap for me which just suckers you into not paying attention with fatal results. Or just your computer registers the attack click before the hotkey click to recast cydstep and bam, you're dead without actualyl making a mistake and stuff.

I know I know ^^ Still, when you use the DP and a lot of them too, they're actually likely to accidentally pwn you occasionally, and if you don't use them then you're not using them, and that second part is kinda why I don't like it called "missclick protection". I remember seeing a vid of someone using a Warlord without actually using Cydstepp for anything except missclick protection which is just - duuuuuuuuuude. I think he even said it's his favourite class because of Cydstep which protects you from missclicks. -.- This was before a lot of actual missclick protection (which is saving my life daily) was implemented and also there weren't warnings around, but still... It's like one of those jokes where someone had sawed down a forest with a chainsaw and is totally thrilled about their fancy chainsaw - and only realize you're supposed to START IT after the fact.

And if you're using the DP's, they're the oposite of missclick protection XD And saving the DP for the boss on a Fighter is just one thing to do with it, chaining it up with some potions and the Trisword to get an enourmous early kill used to be really vogue back in the day. Arguably it's still bloody strong.

Damn, unfortunate misclick right off the bat, and I love tinkers.

I messed up too - I desecrated TT instead of switching to him which created about 5 minutes that wouldn't be there otherwise... And my scores are gonna suck, too, because I didn't explore more then about half the map and didn't kill too many things.

Oh hey today was awesome! I love Gnome Tinkers, though they are not as straightforward to play on Shifting Passages as on many other maps (including some vicious).

^ Well, sorry, it's just that "they're not straightforward to play on Shifting Passages" doesn't apply, and I did put it into spoilers. I played a very straightforward Gnome Tinker just now, didn't see any difference between how it would play on Shifting Passages as opposed to any other map. Only inconvenience I had with it was desecrating TT at lvl 1 by accident. XD

EDIT: And also - I'm more and more sure that whole thing is just a runaway bug, because I killed at least three things which all have more HP than what the victory screen lists as my damage done. So... is using this thing supposed to always mess up people's daily stats or what? Becase if I hadn't messed that TT thing up I would've have a 4-5 min victory on SP with those stats, how does one explain they weren't cheating somehow in those circumstances?
