So, I finally encountered the strange bug which I saw mention of some time ago.

For the June 6 daily, I tried to play it quite close to the expiry time, and after picking preps and pressing play, the game just froze and did nothing.
After figuring out that I couldn't do anything, I had to close and relaunch the game.
To my horror, found out that the game claims that I have played my daily, which I have not.
Also tried closing and relaunching Steam and the game, and got the same thing.

The day rolled over and there's a new daily. Amazingly, my streak is not broken.
And my total wins didn't increase either and if you check the records for June 6, my results are in limbo.

Now, I don't know whether attempting the new daily will continue my streak or reset it to 1 (will try it later). But surely this is one weird bug.

I'm stuck at uploading results at the moment. It just keeps on saying error every time I click upload. Not a happy camper, that's for sure.

We've been having some odd server issues lately. I'm in contact with our host about it.

* Human Warlord in the Labyrinth *

Success rate wasn't too good today... part of that is the Labyrinth (but JJ is there as a prep), the other part is probably...

* Goatperson in the Northern Desert *

Normal dungeon goat run, so not that bad. I assume the usual inexperience with goats will keep the success rate down. If you haven't played them, remember to pay attention to your food. Don't be afraid to eat popcorn early... levelling up won't heal you in the boss fight, and you'll want to get your level way up before you start anyways (and save your conversions to spike like nobody else). Also, be very careful with mana burn and poison... it doesn't get cleared on level up, so it can really hurt.

* Gorgon in Hexx Ruins *

Well, there's a rough combination for you. You have to kill monsters twice and the second time you can't use your main weapon on them, but they use it on you. Add in the fact that unlike other classes, when you kill a monster it doesn't block one square, it now blocks two... so you need to be really alert to avoid getting trapped (keeping a couple popcorn revenants around for rerolls is handy). At least you get death gaze immunity (and there were some juicy Gorgon targets).

But today...

Well, I was hoping for something quick and easy, but

* Elf Crusader in the Labyrinth *

probably isn't it. Although the current low success rate is probably somewhat self-inflicted. Lots of people taking Patches over Binlor... and it's showing in the results (the success rate for Binlor takers is 3/4, it's 1/32 for everyone else (the success being a Conjunction taker)). Open concept Labyrinth is always the way to go.

I have a bit of a headache, so I'm going to put this one off until tomorrow.

EDIT: Okay, I've done it now. And it wasn't bad at all.
