Hello,

I have the GoG version and I want to control manually where the save games are stored locally, i.e. I want to store the saves on a separate network drive. This network drive can be accessed from different machines in my home network and I want to use the saved games on every machine without using any cloud functions. Is there any way to do this? Registry entries, ini file or commandline parameter? Any help is appreciated...

Nope, not through the game itself. You're going to have to set up a shared folder or similar via your OS or some other tool.
