Hello,
I have started playing today the beta. I have finished the 3 dungeons surrounding the kingdom twice each but the city expansion quest is still not marked complete.
The dungeons don't have flags on them anymore but are still accessible.
Since I also finished the puzzles from the explorer guild I don't know what else to do in order to progress in the game

I could finish this quest by entering one of the dungeon and immediately exiting by the ladder without actually playing. Strange

There was a bug with quest completions. It's been fixed. As a result of the fix, any dungeon runs you had that WOULD have completed quests while the system was broken, automatically completed those quests next time you ended a dungeon run.

This is happening to my gf, but the flags are still there. She has beaten all of them multiple times.

I will double check with her if she got the 1000 gold; I suspect that she missed that, but I will let you know if she has trouble.
