The Goatperson inflicts yet another high-profile casualty

I love BLUDTUPOWA on the Goatperson, but with GG in rotation I decided to just leave it on the ground rather than use it. It's all too easy to absentmindly activate it when you bounce to GG. I actually never got int GG except for one time in the early-game (much to my annoyance, so I wasn't able to convert food into protection piety).

I'm sad about your streak end MTaur :(

Today I almost lost my streak as well. Not to GG's punishment (he did punish me but I already killed everything at that point and was only farming xp carelessly with Alchemist Pact :P), but to a bug. When I was converting food suddenly my food stock disppeared with my cursor as well.

With no means to set a target location I was unable to move to the exit, which would have been a really lousy way to lose on an alredy beaten map. Tinkered with different options to no avail and finally I remembered something I haven't tried yet. Moving with the arrow keys. Step by step I managed to crawl to the exit and I was finally safe there. Phew.

Kinda unrelated, but for the first time I tested what happens when your inventory is full so there's no place for food on kills. It gets placed on the ground in one stack as opposed to 9 seperate ones.
Somebody spilled raspberry juice all over the place!

Dwarf Warlord in The Labyrinth

I hate the labyrinth and the dwarf, but this one's fairly unstressful. Unless someone's crazy enough not to prep Jehora. Without JJ, this would've been way scarier.

Oh yeah. JJ is a real stress-reducer for this particular dungeon. I feel sorry for anyone who tried this who hasn't read the wiki on this dungeon yet or otherwise figured it out in advance. A teleporting minotaur is much scarier than a debuff here and there at levels 1-2.

Also, Warlord vs Bleaty is an awesomely generous match-up. Dwarf is a bit pointless for Bleaty, and not especially potent for Rex, but for leveling up, you land in the "get in one extra hit below 50% max health" range pretty often, which can make potionless kills possible much more often than otherwise possible.

Naturally went JJ into Mystera for Mystic Balance and a 20+ mana pool. Got Hero Helm, one of the Warlord-iest items in the game. Fine Sword drops almost instantly too. I was a little sad that I didn't have a sixth item slot with so many good drops. I ended up shunning BURNDAYRAZ completely - something I don't get to say all that often. What can I say? WEYTWUT was non-negotiable, and GETINDARE was an awesome find for Warlord. HALPMEH turns snakes into easy XP, though you might get by saving them for level-up kills. This was a glyph-happy Warlord setup either way.

I easily Danza'ed afterward too. Some ridiculous Dragon Soul streaks stopped me from needing to even use a mana potion.

Not sure about other prep combination, but with Extra Glyph the Glyph spawn is pretty much amazing without JJ....yeah not going to spoil anything but at least today not prepping JJ isn't going to be a problem. Mostly.

That's about the least stressful Labyrinth run ever. Bleaty go down with one single bar of 14 Mana and Rex didn't stand a chance with just one level-up. So long as you are careful not to reveal him too early (and he doesn't block your way!) this is a really good Labyrinth setup.

Blue Bead, Dragon Soul and JJ on a Warlord... easy business. I hit 19 mana then beaded to get two cydstepps then forgot I had other JJ boons available. Took down Goaty at level 4-5, could've speeded the time substantially by popcorning Rex to me.

For my part, it took me forever to find Bleaty. I'd already killed Rex and cleared most of the dungeon by the time I located him. Given how deep I was in the run, I decided to go for unstoppable and finish cleaning the dungeon.
