I was quite excited to see the Rat Monarch being the class for today's daily. I'd say I did fairly well for my second run with the new class. So far, the Bloody Sigil has been fantastic at early levels, Binlor was really great if only to get a guaranteed ENDISWAL for repeated physical resistances buffs, and now I absolutely need to get my hands on a Witchalok Pendant and prep it, regardless of the item size restriction. I quite like the way healing on item purchases makes gold into a tricky resource to manage, not entirely unlike the levels/ratlings were meant to be for the previous incarnation (at least that's the impression I got).

In some way it feels like this class is opposite to the Monk in its approach to levelling up, in that you want to start hitting the boss as early as possible level-wise. Jormungändr went down at level 6, and while that's far from unheard of on other characters, it's significantly earlier than my usual playstyle.

I still need to go and play the Chemist some more, I haven't tried it since the changes.

Felt like it took forever as I'm not yet really familiar enough with the class, but the boss fight itself was rather easy:

Funny, I misclick and I die when the Daily lands on Lujo's signature class, and Lujo misclicks and dies when the Daily lands on my signature class.

Elf Assassin in northern desert with Mystera spawning within sight of the dungeon entrance? And Jadetooth's potion? Yeah, we're done here.

XD Yeah, dailies making sure we stay honest and keep our seats I guess ^^

Oh, there's a PoS setup in there good enough to win it by slapping the Goo into Aequitas instead of the other way around, I was gonna go for it, but the universe interfeared and gave me a ding behind the ear for being a troll.

A bit late in the evening for me so I completely forgot to save glyphs for Mystera, thankfully I had some I needed to save and didn't find a few until near the endgame, so I only wasted 2 refreshments. With that, 2 apothecaries for mana+schadenfreude and jadetooth on a 22 mana elf, I just wish I started fighting the bosses at an earlier level. As is, I didn't get to use many resources I had available.

He's sorta killer when you need that one mana point exactly. Unfortunatelly he's also an actual killer when you really don't need to be teleported behind a fat ole Goo in a dead end somewhere, which is always.

Heh, you can tell I rarely ever take him outside of VGT, that kind of thing hadn't happened to me before. I'll know better now :P To be fair, Northern Desert is a fairly open dungeon outside of those little holes in the walls I didn't realize were present. I'm guessing they were vanishing puddles?
