Well, good thing I got sorta good at these guys, and this time around I actually remembered to clear plants as I level up. Also, I never played a Dwarf Assassin with Mystera, before, this time around I went that way. I even remembered to buy the Whoopaz for once.

Wasn't sure about picking Zot this time, what with the weakening strike on a boss, but the other options were so-so (though I'm probably underestimating witchalok). Spent a lot of time thinking about picking Binlor or Mystera to lower his resistances, but there's not really any destructible walls in this dungeon, especially after Binlor takes his 30% share. As for MA, I wasn't even sure I'd end up with enough piety to really make use of weakening.

Can't complain about my time too much, but Ick Swamp really is a rough dungeon, the set boss isn't too bad but the plants can be a real headache and exploration space seems to just disappear into the ether.

Whew, that was way too close for comfort. I have only myself to blame, sitting on a huge pile of gold and not picking up the Fire Heart, or Battlemage Ring, or Dwarven Gauntlets... yeah, would have been so much smoother if I'd picked up one of those and leveraged it.

Looking back I probably didn't utilize the Witchalok a lot as well.

BSOD. :( I made some hardware changes recently, so it was probably caused by that rather than the game itself/Unity, but if anyone else were to experience it while playing it might be worth looking into.

3/22 Elf Thief is really synergistic and caster approach is awesome for Slime Pits. I don't know why I almost ran out of resources, but it was a much tighter run for me than it should've been. Anyway, it was fun despite everyhing!

3/23 The Goat in the Garden was really nice, I think all the altars were very supportive, it was a scary-looking but nevertheless not very hard challenge. In fact, once a Goat reaches level 8 or so, he becomes an engine of destruction thanks to all those refills - it's getting to that level that's normally the tricky part.

3/24 The Dwarven Assassin is actually not a bad combination if anyone asks me. It did my first ever VT.
"Thinker", just without the "ache".
