Chemist is as close as it gets to a challenge class for me (not counting Goat of course). And I wasn't really in the mood to fool around, so I went straight-up Taurog and just assassinated the Zotted Cursed Dragon without touching the shade boss. I almost got stuck in the curse realm in the end, since the final blow leveled me, which gave a total of 3 stacks (one for the hit, one for the kill and one for the level-up). I had barely enough monsters to clear it. But all's well that ends well, no spectacular metrics today but considering the cca. 25% winrate, I guess I can just be glad I didn't lose... ;)

Cursed Oasis got me today, I should have played a training run to get used to the mechanics of it.

I was really sure today would end my streak. I ended up trapped in the cursed realm with no way to escape (or kill the cursed shade) after killing the dragon, so in the end I committed suicide by attacking the shade with my 10% dodge chance. Apparently dying after defeating the boss still counts as a victory? Is that supposed to happen? If so... Strange, but I'll take it.

Misclicked a fireball as I was finishing the dragon. Stupid stupid. I hovered, realised it was a losing move, the mouse went funny and decided to do it anyway. So utterly maddening.

I thought I'd Zot and Mana Form+fireball the main boss down to 50%, but then I didn't find him until almost all the blackspace was gone. That sucked. Another loss. Popcorn management was going to be awful anyway.

It's dispiriting that of the several runs I've lost, I can think of maybe two that I deserved for how I played and everything else has been misclicks or silly post-run showboating. It's very hard and not tremendously interesting from a metagame perspective to climb back up significantly after a misclick play because everyone else in the top ten is basically also only dying to misclicks and Goatperson runs. I'm always just waiting for a good Goat/Rat dungeon that'll sink enough top players I can hit the top ten or for five people to get picked off by stupid misclicks.

I'd like some sort of case where you can prep a VT for double win points so players have a greed/safety thing, people can climb faster against someone playing for maximum safety and so on.
