Not too bad of a run today. The only problem was that my inventory was so full, I did not pick up any glyphs until I found BURNDAYRAZ

So I didn't play well....kept forgetting Vampire's strength.

It came down to me needing one more hit on the Dragon boss to kill him but I only had 71 HP left and no blood on the map. Everything was explored and there was a level 8 warlock and two level 8 zombies. And I was out of money.

Thought I was going to just retire and said screw it, no. So I converted everything except the Bear Mace I was carrying and got up to 6 or 7 levels of lifesteal. Figured if I killed the warlock I could maybe get enough from the blood pool to kill the boss.

So I whacked him and he didn't die. Crap! But he did move back one space...and lo and behold..he was sitting on a health potion!!!! What bloody luck.

Swigged the potion and had enough health to kill the boss.
