Wow, I check the forum before playing, and the only thing missing is the map posted... I think we've gotten a bit spoilery lately... ;)

Anyway, seeing how today's a nice altary daily... anyone know who the Conjunction deity is?

Seeing how there are 16 possible altary prep combinations today, I'll do my run a bit later, to test something (though what to prep for it, will depend on the Conjunction altar...).

Halfling Wizard in Ick Swamp
The shop pool is delectable today; soul orb and venom ward for easy gardening, whurrgarbl and venom dagger to whittle down Super Meat Man, and the useful pendent of mana to hit the 20 MP threshold. Jehora Jeheyu also spawns in (I took conjunction, so he might not appear naturally), so chaos avatar is available to purge weakening and corrosion. There's a glyph nearby JJ's altar, so you're likely to encounter him early enough that worship is straightforward. You even have misclick protection from a CYDSTEPP spawn near the dungeon entrance.

Misclicked on my preparations and didn't take the extra attack boosters, but it didn't matter.

Goblin Monk, Havendale Bridge
XP galore! I was worried about using up the black space at the beginning, but at the end my dude was a powerhouse and needed very little. Both bosses have magic resist so the fireball was mostly used for Tokoloshes.
