finally, goatperson in naga city done. i shamelessly copied eastless preparations. was still a tough affair.
that moment at the end though, where there are only death protections to break and you are wondering how you are gonna survive the last 3 fireball retaliations with 5 hp, 6 food and 8 piety and the codex is staring right at you from the inventory

nothing fancy but still glad to get this monkey off my back. lucky bridge troll in first tower to get me going and grabbed the wicked guitar to raise the level of bloodcows in courtyard. the biggest hurdle imo was the cursing dragon in the second tower.
rat and goat left to do in vgt and this may take a while :/

yes, goatperson done in vgt
took platemail and fireheart (had helpmeh) for boss fight, but didnt really need fireheart. made a mistake in the beginning when i took 1 absolution because bead was just cloggin up inventory and at the end as i was worshipping earthmother with 4 experience from leveling up and tried for jj or gg but ended in taurog. had 86 piety or so so it didnt matter in the end. patches was nice though as i got 16% resistance from him alone.

have to say that goatperson was quite tough as so many things can wreck your run in this one. unfavourable god chains being the main culprit until you can get resistances going. starting god binlor? restart. starting god tikki toki and no fireball in vicinity? restart. on level up and have 2hp, poisoned from patches and you land in dracul with 2 piety? restart. 3 piety on level up in mystera and patches does manaburn? you know the drill: restart.
on the other hand it is nice how you can cherrypick the most useful boons

Getting back in the groove. DL Gorgon win

Pretty nice to get it on the first try (albeit barely) despite playing pretty poor. Dream scenario with messers Taurog and Dracul showing up but I botched the piety up so no Dracul conversion dream. One more win (Goat, Rat Monarch, VT or Miser I think) and I've got it gilded.
