Orc Paladin in Den of Danger
The boss is Tomithy. You can probably kill him as soon as you reveal him

Default gods are Earthmother, Jehora Jeheyu, and Mystera Annur. MA is hidden behind a level 9 Dragonspawn, so you'll need wallbreaking or WEYTWUT to access her before you've killed the boss. BURNDAYRAZ is right next to the entrance, don't waste a prep on the magnet. Other glyphs I found were BYSSEPS, BLUDTUPOWA, and CYDSTEPP. I did not reveal the last glyph before finishing.

Stupid misclick death at level 1, go figure!

Heck, I am just going to clear dailies from now on without wasting so much time. Not that I will be playing for speed, I am just plain slow but no more xp and piety maxing from now on.

Human Monk in Halls of Steel
The Orb of Lusory is very near the entrance (just head right), so with APHEELSIK in the glyph pool and Martyr Wraps in the shop pool you can pretty much autopilot this one. Just be careful with misclicks; Monks are particularly deadly for that. Took on the Indomitable at level 5, then reached level 6 before locating Iron Man then beat the crap out of him. Glyphs are BLUDTUPOWA, APHEELSIK, PISORF, and WONAFYT. I found 3/4 of the altars (with conjunction) before finishing for Mystera, Glowing Guardian, and Dracul.
