Goatperson in Venture Cave
Default gods are Dracul/Mystera/Glowing Guardian, and there are a lot of Wraiths so cleaning them up on GG will save you a boatload of piety. Too bad I literally never got the jump into GG. Food was a little tight for me as a result, but the fact that I never got desperate and those Wraiths were still standing when Super Meat Man went down is a good indication that this isn't a bad Goat run at all.

Secret subdungeon is Glenrick, glyphs are PISORF/ENDISWAL/APHEELSIK/HALPMEH. There's a Whurrgarbl in the shop pool if APHEELSIK on its own isn't enough to make SMM an easy takedown. As always, be mindful of the boons you take under Dracul with GG on the field. Blood Hunger is really tempting here, but not worth the risk when the going is otherwise this easy.

OMG another goat

I know that this is an easy goat run, but seriously, until I started playing the Dailies, I only had a goat victory in Hobbler's Hold, and that one took five tries. I just don't have any experience with it.

Made it through all the same. But please, no more goats.

Goats are murder. I'd rather play a Guard or something, than these RNG-cursed buggers. I was down to 1 tile away from starvation, turns out I managed to explore in the worst possible direction... :D Anyway, I uncovered an L1 just in time, and then another one, and once I found that patch of monsters under Mystera's altar, I really got back into the game.

Thanks to spoilers, managed to get 2nd in XP and top in Piety, :)

Prepping Elite Items probably gave something XP-worthy like Zot, Yendor or Wicked Guitar. Or probably Bluescreen was just able to get more bonus XP from higher level kills given the prepped Fine Sword.

Elf Paladin in Slime Pits
BLDUTUPOWA for Tower of Goo, APHEELSIK for Super Meat Man, and Dracul for general shenanigans. Found Glenrick at level 1 for an easy start. There's also an Amulet of Yendor in the shop pool, which I forgot to use because everything lined up so nicely for an easy win otherwise.

Top XP for the moment, all thanks to the Monster Shop Sub, :)

http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.c ... 7C7A1C3B3/

I only bought 1 mana potion (used it without Alchemist Pact bonus since I was very low on Piety), and 2 monsters at lower levels (L5 and L6) - remaining gold was used to buy L10 monsters. I figured Yendor was really not worth it in terms of XP given how powerful a Dracul-worshipping Paladin can be.
