I think I've found a bug with poison and PISORF, but I'm not 100% about it. It seems that if you poison a monster, then damage it with PISORF, the "Poisoned" status will be removed from its profile but it will no longer regenerate, even if you attack a different monster. The effect does seem to wear off if that monster is later damaged with a normal attack.

Combat prediction does not take lifesteal into account. E.g., if I am at 25 HP and have first strike plus 5 lifesteal, attacking an enemy that does 29 damage without first strike will result in my attacking, healing 5 HP up to 30, then taking the 29 damage hit and being reduced to 1 HP after combat is resolved. However, the predictor will say the expected result is death. (Same problem if I don't have first strike but am at a higher level than the monster.)

A related issue I've noticed is that in a situation like the above, if the enemy also has first strike you will die even though it seems like you ought to be hitting simultaneously and thus healing... I'm not sure if that's intentional or not, but I think I'd prefer it to be the other way around. It's a rare enough situation not to be overpowered, and lifesteal could probably use a bit more oomph anyway (especially once the exploit with plants is fixed).

You never strike simultaneously though. When in doubt the enemy goes first. I don't think giving lifesteal a little boost is worth sacrificing strike order consistency.

That's a good point. I was focusing on trying to figure out how lifesteal worked that I forgot about the default turn order.

Anyway, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but converting one of Taurog's items while you have an indulgence doesn't protect you from his wrath - and he'll still punish you even if you've already converted to a different deity. Maybe that's intentional, but it feels kind of weird to me.

Indulgence protected me just fine from converting a Taurog item. Are you sure you were worshiping Taurog when you converted the item? Indulgence clearly states that it only protects you from your current god's wrath, so it not protecting you from Taurog after converting is not a bug. Personally I think indulgence should protect from all major punishments except those caused by altar desecration. But it certainly works as advertised now.

Galefury makes a good point.
As for Taurog punishing you if you've converted to a different deity... well that makes sense to me. It's a god item, the god of that item has every right to be pissed when you smash it. Him being pissed that you destroy the gear is the same as him being pissed when you defecate on his altar.

I don't know if anyone's pointed this out, but having Viper Ward existing in a shop in the dungeon seems to cause you to be immune to poison without buying it. (Unfortunately by the time I had the money to buy it for testing I'd killed everything poisonous.) It seems to work fine to just have it in your locker, though.
